Muy bonito lugar, acogedor, los anfitriones son muy, muy amables, te orientan para cualquier servicio, nosotros íbamos toda la familia incluyendo a un adulto mayor y la trataron como reina, todas las atenciones necesarias, está muy cerca del centro de Cuetzalan y con mención especial, el desayuno de 10 muy rico, a parte puedes llevar a tu mascota que eso está muy bien. Todo excelente, lo único es que viajamos desde CD de México y fueron 2hrs más de lo que nos marcaba el mapa.
Excelente servicio y amabilidad. Fuimos con unos amigos y un perro de talla grande y nos dieron todas las facilidades para que el animalito estuviera cómodo. Te llevan todas las mañanas un delicioso café y puedes apartar tu desayuno un día antes. Excelentes para recomendarte actividades y guías locales. Recomendado 100%
Está muy bonito el lugar, el café es delicioso y el desayuno también y muy bien servido, solo un ligero detalle que la habitación de aún lado todo se oía.
El hotel es hermoso porque está rodeado de naturaleza, está en una zona muy tranquila y a unos 10 minutos del centro de Cuetzalan. El servicio es muy cálido y excelente por parte de sus comensales.

En Abril fui de vacaciones con mi pareja, y nuestra estadía fue de lo mejor las habitaciones son hermosas, super limpias y muy cómodas, por la mañana te dejan café en la puerta de tu habitación y se escucha a los pajaritos cantar , el desayuno es muy rico. Además de que los dueños son suuper accesibles y amables. Si buscas un lugar para relajarte este es el lugar correcto
Un excelente lugar con magnífica atención y servicio. A solo 10 min a pie de las cascadas , estacionamiento seguro, alimentos deliciosos y recalcó nuevamente la atención es muy muy buena . Recomiendo contratar los desayunos y servicios adicionales. Sin duda regresaremos
